Some stories from customers:

Customer 1:
Opened an account and claimed sports bonus. Placed some bets and inbetween bets, customer took som spins in casino. Resulted in over €8 000 profit in slots. After customer have wagered the sports bonus requirement, customer wanted to make a withdrawal, but 1bet deducted the winnings from casino and claimed that customer was a bonus abuser. 
Customer got his deposit back only. 

Customer 2:
Deposited high amounts in a period of three months. After losing money over time, this customer became a VIP customer and got a personal VIP Manager that gave freebets etc.
Customer started to win and wanted to withdraw its winnings. 
Customer needed to accept to pay a 8% withdrawal fees and maximum €5 000 per week.
The customer had some successful withdrawals during a period of 4 weeks, but once the amount of total deposits was passed, 1bet closed the account and redeemed all winnings.

1bet claimed that their Security department had detected multiple accounts for this customer, without provide any explanation or proof of their accusation.
